Procedure for Online Registration

REGISTRATION - CONTINUING STUDENTS

Full registration involves:
1. Payment of Fees
2. Academic/Course Registration

PAYMENT OF FEES

Regular Students
Students are required to pay their fees into the University of Ghana Student Fees Account at any branch of the Standard Chartered Bank, ECOBANK Ghana Limited or Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited.

Distance Education Students
Students are required to pay their fees into the College of Education DE Students Fee Collection Account Number 1031130000787 at any branch of GCB Bank Limited.

Ensure that you quote correctly your Student Number on all the pay-in-slips.

Please note that it takes 48 hours to register after payment has been made.

ACADEMIC/COURSE REGISTRATION
Undertake on-line academic/course registration 48 hours after payment of fees.

Registration Deadlines
A student who fails to register during the registration period specified shall forfeit his/her right to register for the semester.
