Mrs. Asamoah Andoh further encouraged active participation and feedback from end-users to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while stressing the importance of proper equipment handling to ensure longer life span.  She also elaborated on the transparent procurement process facilitated by her office, which allows representatives of user departments to engage in the tendering process.  “This approach ensures that tender submissions align with user requirements, as verified by technical evaluators”, she remarked.

Additionally, she explained the different procurement methods and the specific thresholds prescribed by Ghana's Public Procurement Act and reiterated the potential consequences of non-compliance with the Public Procurement Act 663.
