The Vice-Chancellor, in turn, expressed her gratitude for the warm reception. She explained that her visit was part of a broader objective to gather firsthand information on the status and activities of the Regional Learning Centres. She emphasised that paying homage to the Overlord was essential, given his vital role in hosting and supporting the University of Ghana Wa Learning Centre.

She briefed him on the recent matriculation of the first batch of students at the University's two newly created city campuses, expressing hope that, in the future, all Regional Learning Centres could achieve similar status.
