Conference Dates: Date: 25th to 26th March, 2026

Background

The rapid development of education, communication, information and technology in the 21st century has significantly transformed societies, economies and institutions, particularly in higher education. Traditional teaching and learning methods are being replaced by innovative tools and practices, yet these advancements bring with them new challenges. The education sector now faces issues such as ensuring equal access, promoting inclusivity, and effectively integrating emerging technologies. Communication has been reshaped by digital platforms and real-time interactions, raising questions about effective engagement and managing the impacts of these changes. Similarly, while information systems have advanced, they come with concerns over data privacy, management and ethics.
